Weekly Rate Includes - Lodging, daily housekeeping and cooking, 24hr security. Gratuity for housekeeper (to include "Juicy", the gardener) is not included and is requested to be 15-20% of the weekly rate paid in cash directly to the housekeeper upon departure.

Housekeeping/cooking service includes - Initial grocery shopping to cover 1st days meals (to be reimbursed). Meals are planned based on guest requests and grocery shopping is usually done with housekeeper for best results. Daily housekeeping and linen service are included. Laundry services are available upon request. Airport transfer and car rentals can be arranged.
